Palindrome Checker

Check whether a string is a palindrome or not.

Palindrome Checker

Our Palindrome Checker is a tool designed to determine whether a given string is a palindrome.

What is a  palindrome?

A palindrome is a word, phrase, or sequence of symbols that reads the same forward and backward, ignoring spaces, punctuation, and capitalization. In other words, it remains unchanged when the order of its characters is reversed.

Examples of palindromes:

  • "radar"
  • "level"
  • "madam"
  • "A man, a plan, a canal: Panama"

For more examples, see List of English palindromic phrases on Wikipedia.
